What was the highlight of Parco dei Principi Resort & Spa
Nice resort in good central location with helpful staff.
Nice people in reception desk and Rose the driver. The shuttle bus was very convinient, the location is good we even walk to the closest beach. The view from our room even on the lower floor was spectacular. The breakfast was good, love variety of fruits and ricotta cheese.
Bad noise insulation, could hear neighbours above us. Turkish sauna was not working. Some equipment in the gym was broken.

Good resort in nice quiet place with helpful staff.
Very nice resort in good location, helpful ladies in reception desk, shuttle bus is very convinient with good driver Rosa. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed.
We had no luck with people above us, the lady was too noisy. We could hear her walking on the hills, so insulation is not so good. Also is not resort problem but bus stop close to resort located next to the wall very close to driving cars. Very dangerous position.

The hotel was fine but decor was a little dated. Rooms were small but adequate, Balcony view was superb. Reception staff were fantastic and so helpful. Courtesy bus was very reliable.
We had asked for a room with a bath with which we were provided. Unfortunately the water was not hot which rendered the bath useless> very disappointing for my partner who loves a bath. The situation was never sotred despite complaining every day. Too bad one of the receptionists was not a plumber!!! Pool bar and inside bar in the evening. First two nights inside bar had NO Vodka or Brandy. Was told it was in pool bar which was closed and no effort to go there and bring requested drink. Stock controller should be dismissed or replaced. Little choice at breakfast which was buffet scrambled eggs with bacon. Always cold. Should be advertised as cold buffet. Also long time to replenish when ran done. Some days no orange juice

Good access to local beach and gardens, with tasty food and friendly staff mostly.
Location near the Gardens where we were going to a concert. Short distance to beach. Mostly clean. Nice to have a balcony.
Not all facilitates were open. Like bar and eating area by the pool. Not easy to sit outside in the shade given the extreme heat of July.
